What it does
Images and videos when idle
The property's playlist runs in a continuous loop, without sound, with a title and seconds on screen for each item. Without a playlist the tablet shows the property's logo and name.
The bill before paying
“Show on tablet” shows the guest lines, total, already paid and to pay, in their language. After 5 minutes the tablet goes back to idle by itself.
The card signed with a finger
The guest reads their card, ticks the consents they want and signs; the signed PDF stays at the desk and the consents go into their profile. In France and in Spain the card is the fiche de police and the parte de entrada de viajeros.
Extra services
Breakfast in the room, late check-out, parking: the guest taps “I'd like this” on the services you send. The charge on the folio is always confirmed by a person at the desk.
Paired with a code
The tablet is not a user: you pair it with a QR code or an eight-character code and it opens only its own pages. Up to two tablets per property.
How to switch it on
- 1During the trial switch it on from the Marketplace with “Activate”; with the subscription tick it in Subscription for the property and confirm with “Change plan”, or request it from the Marketplace.
- 2In the Marketplace, under Reception tablet, press “Add tablet”, frame the QR code with the tablet and tap “Pair”.
- 3On the same page upload the playlist of images and videos and, in “Card to sign”, choose the consents to ask for and the privacy notice.
- 4From then on the folio and the stay have the buttons to send the bill, the card to sign or the extra services to the tablet.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to install anything on the tablet?+
No: the tablet opens a page of the app in the browser. On iPad it is worth adding it to the Home Screen, so the guest does not see the Safari bar.
Is the signature on the tablet an electronic signature?+
It is a signature traced by hand on the screen and counts as acknowledgement, not as an advanced electronic signature. The PDF saves exactly what the guest read.
Is it paid per property?+
Yes: the module is switched on property by property, and each property can pair up to two tablets.
