Built for dorms
A single bed or the whole dorm
Each room type is sold by the room or by the bed. A bed has its price and the whole dorm has its own: leave it empty and it is the bed price times its beds.
Planning bed by bed
Every dorm opens into one row per bed: you see who sleeps where and drag a guest onto another bed, even halfway through the stay.
The right bed, by itself
On booking the program picks a free bed; the front desk changes it whenever it wants. Bunks are marked upper or lower, with the guest's preference.
Mixed, women-only, men-only dorms
It is a property of the dorm: assign a guest to the wrong one and the program warns you before confirming.
Private rooms beside the dorms
Doubles and family rooms stay sold by the room, in the same property and on the same planning: one program for the whole hostel.
Availability and housekeeping in beds
Availability counts the free beds night by night. On departure only that bed becomes dirty, and housekeeping marks it clean from a tablet.

Frequently asked questions
Can I sell the same dorm by the bed and whole?+
Yes. Whoever books the whole dorm takes all its beds at the dorm price; otherwise it sells one bed at a time for as long as there are any.
Does it connect to Hostelworld and Booking?+
Yes. The channel manager is switched on from the Marketplace inside the app: with Channex a single connection brings Booking, Hostelworld, Airbnb and Expedia, and a dorm sold by the bed reaches the portals bed by bed. The direct connection with Hostelworld is on its way.
Is compliance covered for hostels too?+
Yes. Where your country's compliance is built in (Italy, Spain, France, Portugal), police reporting, statistics and tourist tax start from the check-in data, guest by guest, as in a hotel.
