Pitches, bungalows and mobile homes together
Each type is a pitch or an accommodation. A pitch has its surface, amps and maximum vehicle length, and never enters the housekeeping round.
A price you compose
The pitch per night, plus every adult, plus children by age band. Extra car, dog, extra tent and electricity are supplements per night, with a price by season if you wish.
The map of the campsite
Upload your own plan and put every unit in its place: the colours say what is free, arriving, occupied or leaving. One click opens the stay.
Walk-ins checked in within seconds
From the map, a quick arrival: surname, nights, people, equipment and number plates, and the guest is in house. Reservations are only offered the pitches the vehicle fits in.
Seasonal guests at a lump sum
The contract holds the pitch for the season or the year: a lump sum split into instalments charged when due, the family's presences and next year's renewal already filled in.
Day visitors, deposits and final cleaning
The register of day visitors, with the entrance on the guest's folio or paid at the gate. For mobile homes and bungalows, the security deposit to give back and the final cleaning charged by itself.

Frequently asked questions
Can I have pitches and mobile homes in the same property?+
Yes, that is the normal case: pitches are priced per pitch plus per person, bungalows and mobile homes by occupancy, on the same rate plan, the same planning and the same map.
How do seasonal guests work?+
A seasonal, yearly or winter-storage contract holds the pitch for the whole period. Nights are not charged: the instalments of the lump sum are, when due, and from the folio you take the payment and issue the document as for any other charge.
Do the statistics tell pitches from accommodations?+
Yes: occupancy, average rate and RevPAR are read for all units, for accommodations only or for pitches only, with the two compared side by side.
