Parking
Parking has its own planning, like the rooms: spaces in rows, days in columns. Give the car on the reservation a space and the app checks that two cars do not have the same space on the same nights.

What it does
Numbered spaces
For each car park, garage or outdoor area, write the spaces one by one. A car park without numbered spaces only counts how many are left free.
The car on the reservation
Choose car park, space and number plate, or leave “Space to assign”. The car's dates follow the stay, unless you choose shorter ones.
The parking planning
Spaces in rows and days in columns, with the free spaces of each day and the row of cars to place. Drag a car to give it a space or to change it.
No space booked twice
When you save or drag, the app refuses a space already taken on those nights. If you extend a stay and two cars overlap, it warns you and the planning shows them in red.
The charge on the folio
Give the car park its item, per night or once per stay: the cars become a scheduled extra by themselves, which follows the dates and the number of cars.
How to switch it on
- 1During the trial switch it on from the Marketplace with “Activate”; with the subscription tick it in Subscription for the property and confirm with “Change plan”, or request it from the Marketplace.
- 2In Settings → Parking spaces create the car parks with their numbered spaces and, if parking is paid, the item to charge.
- 3The “Parking” field appears on the reservation, and the planning is in the Front desk menu, under “Parking spaces”.
Frequently asked questions
What changes compared with not having the module?+
Without the module you have car parks with the number of spaces, the number plate on the reservation and the “Parking list” printout. The module adds numbered spaces, car dates, planning, the space check and the charge.
Does it control barriers or read number plates?+
No: it manages the spaces and dates of guests' cars. It does not control barriers or cameras and does not sell spaces to people not staying at the property.
Is it paid per property?+
Yes: the module is switched on property by property, for those that have a car park.
