Galaxy HotelCloud

Acceptable use policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

Who it applies to

This policy is part of the Terms of service and of the API terms of use. It applies to the properties that use Galaxy Hotel Cloud and their users, to distributors, to integrators and to visitors of the website. The property is responsible for the use made by its users and by the suppliers it gives access to.

Uses that are not allowed

Using the service for unlawful activities or to store, send or publish content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others.

Processing guests' data without a legal basis or for purposes other than running the property and its legal obligations.

Sending advertising from the PMS to people who did not ask for it, using our sending service for mass e-mails, or ignoring those who ask not to receive any more.

Accessing or trying to access other people's environments, data or accounts, even just as a test.

Running vulnerability scans, load or penetration tests without our written consent, or hindering the operation of the service.

Circumventing technical limits, permissions or security controls; decompiling the software, except as the law allows.

Sharing users among several people, handing credentials or API keys to anyone not entitled to them.

Uploading files containing viruses or malicious code, or attachments that are not needed to run the property.

Automatically harvesting the content of the website or the PMS, or using the service to build a competing product.

Reselling the service or making it available to third parties without an agreement with us.

Artificial intelligence

The assistants of Galaxy Hotel Cloud are meant for the work of the property. Do not use them to produce unlawful or misleading content, do not ask them to get around the controls of the PMS, and always check what they suggest before applying it: decisions remain the responsibility of whoever takes them.

Reporting abuse or a vulnerability

If you see the service being misused, write to info@galaxy-hotel.net.

If you find a vulnerability, write to support@galaxy-hotel.net with the details to reproduce it and give us time to fix it before making it public. Do not access other people's data beyond what is needed to demonstrate it and do not keep it: whoever reports in good faith following these rules has nothing to fear from us.

What happens in case of breach

We may ask you to stop, restrict the features involved or suspend access as provided in the Terms of service: immediately and without notice if there is a risk to security, to data or to other customers, otherwise after a warning. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination of the contract.
