Updates arrive on their own, with nothing to install. These are the latest features that entered the program.
The forecast tells whether you are ahead of or behind a year ago at the same date, and how much the last days added (pickup). A new page shows bookings taken, cancellations by channel, stays that never arrived and how far ahead guests book.
With several properties you read them all together: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue and payments of the group, and a table with the properties side by side, each with its change on the year before. One click opens a single property.
Rates, availability and stop sales go out on their own to your website's booking engine and to the portals (Booking, Hostelworld, Airbnb, Expedia…), and reservations land on the planning with their code. With Madeep or with Channex, from the Marketplace inside the app: from €19/month per property.
For Portuguese properties: the accommodation bulletins of foreign guests sent to SIBA, the VAT rates of the mainland, Madeira and the Azores with board arrangements split between accommodation and meals, the municipal taxa turística charged automatically and the monthly INE questionnaire already filled in.
Choose «Campsite» in the free trial: pitches with a composable price beside bungalows and mobile homes, the site map, quick arrival of walk-ins, day visitors, security deposits and seasonal contracts in instalments.
The foreign guest reads the fiche de police on the screen and signs it with a finger: no paper to print and file. The signed form stays in the program for six months, is reprinted with the signature if the police ask for it, then the signature is deleted automatically.
For French properties the monthly INSEE occupancy questionnaire comes out already filled in from the stays, as PDF and CSV: rooms occupied night by night, arrivals and nights by country of residence, share of business guests and accommodation revenue.
For French properties the electronic invoices from suppliers arrive automatically from the plateforme agréée: supplier, lines, VAT and due date already filled in, and one click creates the stock receipt. Receiving them becomes mandatory for every business on 1 September 2026.
For French properties the PDF of invoices and credit notes is a Factur-X (PDF/A-3 with the EN 16931 data inside): the same file sent to the customer is the electronic invoice, and it can be deposited on the plateforme agréée instead of the XML.
For French properties the reports of sales to private customers and of payments are prepared automatically from the documents issued, period by period according to the VAT regime, and go to the plateforme agréée; a report already sent is corrected with a corrective transmission.
For Spanish properties the tasa turística goes on the bill by itself, night by night, with the VAT of the room night: regional tariff and municipal surcharge (Barcelona), first 7 nights in Catalonia, low season and long stays in the Balearic Islands, exemptions by age and for a reason, monthly summary for the self-assessment.
For Italian properties the imposta di soggiorno goes on the bill by itself, night by night, with the rules of the municipal regulation: fixed tariff, price brackets or percentage, limit of nights, ages of exemption and reduction, period of application, exemptions per guest and a monthly summary for the return.
For French properties the invoice is generated from the bill in the format of the reform (CII, EN 16931) and goes to the hotel's plateforme agréée through the standard AFNOR XP Z12-013 API: checks, delivery, refusal and payment are read in the document register.
For French properties: the fiches de police of foreign guests ready to sign on arrival, with the register of the last six months, and the taxe de séjour charged automatically with additional taxes, exemptions and registre du logeur.
German is the sixth language of Galaxy Hotel Cloud: interface, website, platform e-mails and the templates of the letters to guests. Every user picks it from their profile.

Choose «Hostel» in the free trial: dorms are booked whole or one bed at a time, with a price per bed and per dorm, planning bed by bed, women-only dorms and housekeeping per bed. The sample data are those of a hostel.
Coming from the Windows program, you upload the DATIGH.mdb file from Settings → Import from Galaxy Windows: within minutes the environment holds rooms, rate plans, contacts, reservations, folios and users with the same passwords. No assistance, no archives to send.
Booking engines, channel managers, POS and door locks connect with a key of the property created from the Marketplace: availability, reservations, guests, folios and events, documented in the Developers section.
The home of the app shows occupancy, arrivals, departures and revenue with charts for the period. The End of day page brings together the closing, the police forms and the ISTAT transmission.
Every user chooses Italian, English, Spanish or French. The website, the sign-up and the platform e-mails come in the language you registered in.
ROSS 1000 / Turismo5 for thirteen regional portals, MOTouristOffice / Unicom for the Tuscan provinces and Turist@t for Sicily. The right system is proposed from the province of the property.

In Settings you see what is included, what is active and what is coming. Integrations are set up per property and the country filters the compliance duties.
