What it does not do from the chat
It does not delete or rename, does not create or cancel reservations, does not change the dates or prices of a stay, and does not touch users, roles, documents or numbering: for those it tells you where to do them.
Where the data goes
The first setup and the assistant work with our key and read only the setup: never guests, reservations or folios. The AI agent uses the property's own key and sends the chosen provider the questions and the data needed to answer: names, rooms, dates, folios. Guests' documents, dates of birth, tax codes, addresses and contact details are removed by the PMS first. The conversation does not stay on our servers: it lives in the browser tab.

How much does it cost?+
The first setup is included. The assistant is included with a number of free requests. The AI agent uses the property's own key: you pay the provider, by use.
Can it make mistakes?+
Yes, like anyone reading a regulation or a request. That is why it saves nothing on its own: it shows you what changes and, for the city tax, the source to compare. And the rules of the PMS check every proposal before you see it.
Do I have to switch it on?+
The first setup and the assistant are already there, in the free trial too. The AI agent is switched on by an administrator from the Marketplace, with the property's own key.
Which language does it answer in?+
Yours: Italian, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese or German, with the names of buttons and menus as you see them on screen.
