Hotels, hostels and campsites live in the same environment, even in different countries: each with its rooms, its planning and the compliance of its country. You move from one to another from the side menu, without signing out.
A company, its documents
Every billing point is a company: company name, VAT number, numbering of receipts and invoices, e-invoicing and books. Each property issues the documents of its company.
Everybody sees their properties
One account per person, with their own e-mail: a manager enters only their hotel, the group's management all of them. Permissions are given by role, department by department.
One guest file for the whole group
Guests, agencies and companies are the same in every property: someone who has already stayed in a hotel of the group is found in the other, without typing them again.
The figures of the group
Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue and payments of all properties together, worked out on the nights of all of them and not as an average, and a table with the properties side by side against the previous year. One click opens a single property.
A subscription that follows the group
The PMS is paid per property, but the rooms of properties of the same kind add up: the group gets the band of the total. Each company receives its own invoice, or the parent company pays for all; seasonal properties pay less in the months they are closed.

A group with several properties
Equivalent rooms add up across properties of the same kind: the group gets the band of the total and each property pays its share. Each company receives its own invoice, or the parent company pays for all.

Frequently asked questions
Can the properties be in different countries?+
Yes. Each property has the compliance of its country (for Italy, Spain, France and Portugal it is already inside) and each company its own VAT. In the group statistics the amounts are gross, because every country has its own rates.
Can I give a manager only their hotel?+
Yes. Each user is enabled for one, some or all properties, with the permissions of their role; the group statistics add up only the properties they can see.
Are rates and channel manager shared by the whole group?+
No: rates, offers, contracts and the channel manager belong to each property, because each property sells on its own. The guest file, the users and the statistics are shared.
Who receives the invoice of the subscription?+
Each company receives its own, with the lines of its properties. If you prefer, one company pays for the others and there is a single invoice.
