For properties in the provinces of Arezzo, Grosseto, Livorno, Lucca, Massa Carrara, Pisa and Siena the day's arrivals go to MOTouristOffice through Unicom's web service. The tourist tax data and the statistical fields travel with the registrations.

What it does
Formerly Ricestat, same service
MOTouristOffice has taken the place of Ricestat with the same protocol and the same address. Enter the new credentials and you carry on sending.
Tourist tax
With each guest the rate per person per night, taxable nights and exemptions by age are sent, if you set them. Left empty, the portal works them out from the municipality's regulation.
Families and groups
Head of family and group leader are sent first with their family members or group members. Whoever travels alone is sent as a single guest.
A day can be corrected
If you send a day that was already sent again, the app reads it back from the portal and updates or replaces it, without duplicates.
Statistical fields
Type of tourism, means of transport and booking channel are sent with the values you choose in the Marketplace.
How to switch it on
- 1In the Marketplace inside the app open “ISTAT statistics”: in the seven provinces MOTouristOffice is already proposed.
- 2Enter the extranet's establishment code and password and, if you need them, the tax rate, maximum nights and exemption age.
- 3From “End of day” press “Transmit to MOTouristOffice”: the day's arrivals are sent with the tourist tax.
Frequently asked questions
My property is in Florence: do I use MOTouristOffice?+
No. Florence, Pistoia and Prato transmit to Toscana Turismo, a ROSS 1000 portal: the app proposes it by itself from the province.
I had Ricestat: what do I need to change?+
Only the credentials, because the service is the same. Enter the MOTouristOffice establishment code and password in the Marketplace.
Is the tax sent the one on the folio?+
No, they are separate values: the ones you set in the Marketplace for MOTouristOffice. The charge on the folio follows the property's tourist tax parameters.
