What it does
Arrivals and departures counted
One line for each region of origin of Italian guests and for each country of foreign guests, with the day's arrivals and departures.
Even without movement
A day with no arrivals or departures still has its file, with the no-movement line.
From End of day
The file is generated from the “End of day” page, together with the registrations and the closing, or from “Alloggiati and ISTAT” for another day.
Export history
Every file stays in the history: you download it again when needed and mark it as sent after uploading it.
How to switch it on
- 1In the Marketplace inside the app open “ISTAT statistics”: where your region has no direct sending, the system is the export file, with no credentials.
- 2At the end of the day press “Generate ISTAT file” and download the file.
- 3Upload it to your region's portal and mark it as sent in “Alloggiati and ISTAT”.
Frequently asked questions
Does the file contain personal data?+
No: only the number of arrivals and departures by region or by country, without names.
Does the app print the C59 and C60 forms?+
No. It prepares the daily file with arrivals and departures by origin; for the figures of a period you have the guest statistics by nationality and origin.
Where is direct sending available?+
With ROSS 1000 / Turismo5 in thirteen regional portals, with MOTouristOffice in seven Tuscan provinces and with Turist@t in Sicily. There the data is sent from the app and you have nothing to upload.
