Guest registrations are created from the check-in data and sent to the Polizia di Stato (the Italian State Police) through its web service, without uploading the file by hand. Before sending, the service checks the list, which goes only if it is accepted in full.

What it does
Data taken from check-in
Birth, nationality, document and residence are linked to the official tables of the Polizia di Stato. The guest type (single guest, head of family, family member, group leader, group member) is assigned by itself.
Checked before sending
“Check with the service” tells you line by line what is wrong, without sending anything. Sending goes ahead only if every registration is accepted, because a family member is valid only together with their head of family.
Missing data highlighted
The guest profile warns you when data for the registration is missing. The “End of day” page lists the guests to complete: one click opens the stay.
Official tables already loaded
Municipalities, former ones included, countries, document types and guest types are already in the app and are updated from the portal or the web service. Someone born in an abolished municipality keeps its code.
Receipt and file
You download the PDF receipt of a day's submissions, for the last 30 days. Without the web service credentials you still have the file to upload by hand to the portal.
How to switch it on
- 1On the Alloggiati Web portal enable the web service and generate the property's WSKEY.
- 2In the Marketplace inside the app open Alloggiati Web, enter user name, password and WSKEY and press “Test access”.
- 3At the end of the day press “Send to the State Police”: the guests who have arrived and have not yet been reported are sent, and stay marked as sent.
Frequently asked questions
Are the registrations sent by themselves?+
No, you send them with one click: from the “End of day” page, together with ISTAT and the closing, or from “Alloggiati and ISTAT” for another day.
I have several properties: how does it work?+
Each property has its own web service credentials, and its registrations are sent with its own account.
What if I do not have the WSKEY?+
You generate the registrations file and upload it by hand to the Alloggiati Web portal. When you have the WSKEY, you enter it in the Marketplace and move to direct sending.
