How the move works

Sign up
Start the free trial: property name, e-mail and password. The environment is ready in seconds.

Copy the archive
Close Galaxy Hotel on every PC and take the DATIGH.mdb file from the program folder. The database password is not needed.

Upload it
In Settings → Import from Galaxy Windows pick the file and confirm. Within minutes you find rooms, rate plans, contacts, reservations and folios; users sign in with the same passwords.

Check and go live
Check the planning, the profiles and the rates. On the chosen day repeat the upload with fresh data and the front desk opens in the cloud. If something does not add up, we are here.

What is not imported
Accounting and Stock start again from scratch in the cloud; guest photos, the XML of electronic invoices, letters and statistics already sent stay in the old program. The uploaded data replaces the trial environment, which is kept on the server anyway.
