Aruba Fatturazione Elettronica
With your Aruba Fatturazione Elettronica account, invoices go to the Sistema di Interscambio straight from the app, from the document register or from the folio. Delivery, rejection and SdI identifier come back by themselves: you no longer download the XML to upload it by hand.

What it does
Sending with one click
“Send to the SdI” sends Aruba the FatturaPA XML generated from the folio. The app sets Aruba as the transmitter, as Aruba requires, and Aruba gives the file its final name.
The outcome comes back by itself
Every 15 minutes the app reads again the outcome of the invoices of the last 30 days: delivered, placed in the cassetto fiscale, rejected with the error codes. With “Refresh outcome” you read it straight away.
Rejections without retyping
A rejected invoice is sent again with “Send again”: the app generates the XML again with a new sequence number, because the SdI refuses a file name it has already received.
Demo environment
You can connect Aruba's demo environment and try the whole round without any real submission.
How to switch it on
- 1You need an Aruba Premium account, or a basic account linked to a Premium one with a delegation: a basic account on its own does not have the web services.
- 2In the Marketplace inside the app open “Sending of electronic invoices” for the property and choose Aruba as the intermediary.
- 3Write the user name and password you use to sign in to fatturazioneelettronica.aruba.it, choose production or demo and switch the integration on.
- 4From then on you find “Send to the SdI” on the folio and in the “Electronic invoices” tab of the document register.
Frequently asked questions
Who pays for Aruba's service?+
The property, to Aruba, under its own contract: the app uses your account and adds nothing.
How long does an invoice take to reach the SdI?+
Aruba may take a few hours to deliver it. Meanwhile in the document register the invoice shows as queued or sent, then the app shows the outcome.
I have several billing entities: what do I have to do on Aruba?+
The VAT number of whoever issues the invoice must be a company on the Aruba account linked to the property. If it is missing, Aruba does not accept the file.
