Hostels: dorms sold by the bed
Choose «Hostel» in the free trial: dorms are booked whole or one bed at a time, with a price per bed and per dorm, planning bed by bed, women-only dorms and housekeeping per bed. The sample data are those of a hostel.
Do-it-yourself move from Galaxy Windows
Coming from the Windows program, you upload the DATIGH.mdb file from Settings → Import from Galaxy Windows: within minutes the environment holds rooms, rate plans, contacts, reservations, folios and users with the same passwords. No assistance, no archives to send.
Public API for integrators
Booking engines, channel managers, POS and door locks connect with a key of the property created from the Marketplace: availability, reservations, guests, folios and events, documented in the Developers section.
Dashboard with charts and the “End of day” page
The home of the app shows occupancy, arrivals, departures and revenue with charts for the period. The End of day page brings together the closing, the police forms and the ISTAT transmission.
Interface in four languages
Every user chooses Italian, English, Spanish or French. The website, the sign-up and the platform e-mails come in the language you registered in.
ISTAT: direct transmission to the regional systems
ROSS 1000 / Turismo5 for thirteen regional portals, MOTouristOffice / Unicom for the Tuscan provinces and Turist@t for Sicily. The right system is proposed from the province of the property.
SES Hospedajes for Spanish properties
Traveller registrations at check-in and reservation notices to the Ministerio del Interior, with second surname, kinship and INE municipality on the guest form.
Marketplace of modules and integrations
In Settings you see what is included, what is active and what is coming. Integrations are set up per property and the country filters the compliance duties.
Guest statistics
Arrivals, overnight stays, distinct guests and average length of stay by nationality, country of residence or ISTAT origin, with the share of domestic and foreign guests.
Planning: book by drawing the bar
Press and drag on a free row: the bar follows the cursor and stops at the neighbouring reservations; on release the form is already filled in with room and dates.
Room move halfway through the stay
A stay can move from one room to another without redoing anything: the planning shows the segments and the stay panel the history of the rooms.
