What it does
Your assistant, your data
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n or a home-made agent: any client that speaks MCP connects with the address of the server and the key. Answer the questions at the desk without opening the PMS, or build summaries and automations.
One key per person
Everyone creates their own key from the Marketplace or from My profile; an administrator can create one for a colleague. The assistant sees with that person's permissions: whoever has no access to folios does not see them through the assistant either.
It prepares, you confirm
With a «Read and proposals» key the assistant prepares check-ins, check-outs, room assignments and charges: the «To confirm» box appears in the PMS and nothing runs until you press «Confirm», within 15 minutes. With a «Read only» key it just reads.
Private data left out
Guests' documents, dates of birth, contact details, tax codes, addresses and personal notes never leave: the assistant only gets the age and whether the guest has an e-mail or a phone.
Under control
For each key you see the last use and the calls, and you revoke it with one click. When a user is disabled, their keys stop working by themselves.
How to switch it on
- 1An administrator switches on «AI assistants (MCP)» for the property from the Marketplace inside the app.
- 2Everyone creates their own key from the Marketplace or from My profile and copies it: it is shown only once.
- 3Next to the key you find the commands ready for Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Desktop and n8n: paste them and the assistant is connected.
Frequently asked questions
Who pays for the assistant?+
The module is paid to Galaxy Hotel Cloud, per property. The assistant (Claude, ChatGPT…) you pay to its provider with your own subscription: Galaxy Hotel Cloud adds nothing.
How is it different from the AI agent?+
The AI agent is the chat inside the PMS, with the API key of the model provider. With the MCP server you use the assistant you already have, outside the PMS, together with other tools too.
Do guests' data go to the provider of the assistant?+
The data read to answer do: names, rooms, dates and folios. Documents, contact details and dates of birth do not. Switch it on if your privacy notice and your agreements with the provider allow it.
