It prepares check-ins, check-outs, room assignments and charges, which go ahead only when you press “Confirm”. You pay Anthropic for usage on your own account.

What it does
Answers from the data
“Who is in 104?”, “who arrives tomorrow?”, “how many doubles are free on Saturday?”, the folio of a room: the agent reads the property's data and answers in your language.
It prepares, you confirm
Check-ins, check-outs, room assignments and charges arrive in a card with guest, dates and warnings, for example the balance to collect. Nothing goes ahead until you press “Confirm”.
With your permissions
The agent proposes only what your user can do in the app. Every confirmed operation stays in the log, with the user and the fact that it came from the chat.
Confidential data left out
The PMS removes guests' documents, dates of birth, tax codes, addresses and contact details before sending the question to Anthropic. The conversation does not stay on our servers: it lives in the browser tab.
Explains and sets up
Like the assistant, it explains the pages of the app, tells you what is missing and prepares rooms, rate plans and extras for you to confirm.
How to switch it on
- 1On console.anthropic.com create an API key, under API Keys.
- 2An administrator opens “AI agent” in the Marketplace inside the app, chooses Anthropic (Claude) and pastes the key; the model field can be left empty.
- 3From then on the button at the bottom right of every page, or Alt+A, opens the AI agent for that property.
Frequently asked questions
Who pays for using Claude?+
The property, to Anthropic: Anthropic charges the model's usage to your account, by use. Galaxy Hotel Cloud adds nothing.
What does it not do from the chat?+
It does not create or delete reservations, does not change the dates or prices of a stay, and does not touch users, roles, documents or numbering: for those it tells you where to do them.
Can I switch to OpenAI?+
Yes, you change the provider on the same Marketplace page. The keys stay separate: the Anthropic key never goes to OpenAI.
