Booking engines, POS, door locks, revenue management: with the public API and the webhooks any system connects to a property. The products of approved partners appear in the Marketplace inside the app, where the hotel activates them by accepting their permissions.

Frequently asked questions
How do I switch on an integration?+
From the Marketplace inside the app, property by property: choose the integration, enter the credentials the service gave you and switch it on. For compliance, the program already proposes the systems of your country and province.
How much do integrations cost?+
Compliance, e-invoicing and the PassportScan Cloud integration are included in the subscription. The channel manager has a fee per property: €19/month with Madeep, €29/month with Channex. Where the service belongs to a provider (Aruba, Openapi, your plateforme agréée, Anthropic, OpenAI) you pay the provider on your own account: Galaxy Hotel Cloud adds nothing.
Which ISTAT system applies to my region?+
The program proposes it from the province of the property. Where the region has a connected web service, the data is sent from the program; in the other regions you download the daily file and upload it to the regional portal. The next systems are listed under “Coming soon”.
I use another channel manager: can I connect it?+
Yes, through the public API: availability, rates, reservations and events are open to any system. Ask your provider to connect from the Developers page, or write to us and tell us which system you use.
